This page explains what information is collected when you use this website, why it is collected, and how to have it removed. This site is operated by Kunal Thorat ("I", "me").

What I collect

When you submit the strategy-call form, I collect the details you enter:

• First name
• Business email address
• Website URL
• Mobile phone number

I also collect standard analytics and advertising data automatically: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referral source.

Why I collect it

Form details are used for one purpose: to contact you about the strategy call you requested, and to review your advertising account ahead of it. I do not sell your data, and I do not add you to a newsletter or marketing list without your consent.

Advertising and tracking

This site uses the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram advertising). It sets cookies and reports events such as page views and form submissions back to Meta. This lets me measure ad performance and show ads to relevant audiences. Meta processes this data under its own terms. See the Meta Privacy Policy.

You can opt out of personalised advertising through your Meta ad preferences, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.

Who else processes your data

• Netlify: website hosting and form submission storage
• Meta Platforms: advertising measurement and audience matching
• Google Fonts: serves the typefaces used on this site

How long it is kept

Form submissions are retained for up to 24 months so I can follow up on enquiries, then deleted. You can ask for deletion sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask me to show you the data I hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Email the address below and I will action it within 30 days.
